Bolk Transport received a request to transport a very large prefab concretecellar from Doetinchem to Dordrecht.

The measures of this concretecellar are 15.1 x 4.6 x 2.7 meter with a weight of 82.5 tonnes and is the biggest cellar ever produced by Mombarg from Doetinchem.

Because of the large measures a routesurvey was performed to be sure that there wouldn't be any obstacles and that it was possible to get tot the unloadlocation with a total combination length of 28 meters and a totalweight of 132 tonnes.

After the routesurvey was performed and the permits where provided the cellar was loaded on thursday 21st. of January in Doetinchem. The journey started at 19.00 hrs.

The transport was guided the whole route from a special escort vehicle to make sure that the transport could continue its way unhinderd and safe to Dordrecht.

Without problems the transport arrived fridaymorning 22nd of January in Dorecht where the concrete cellar was unloaded.

To load 5 reels of 20 tonnes at 5 semi loaders we used two of our 85 tonnes cranetrucks. The advantage of this method of chargingis the saving of two mobile cranes.

This load has its destination at the recently renewd railway bridge

TV program of RTV Oost in December 2009 with a report of the biggest Windmillpark in Europe and the by Bolk Transport B.V. performed transports to and in Romania.

For the exposition "DDR impressions of a vanished republik" a statue of Lenin was at the square at the Museum Twentse Welle in Enschede from the 1.st of october 2009 untill the 12. of march 2010.
The " goodbye" of the Lenin statue was in hands of the Company Looms from Almelo who took care of the cranework with two 80 tons cranes. Our Bolk 70 tons meter cranetruck transported the statue on a 3 axle euro low loader. The escort was performed by 2 BF3 escort vehicles.

The components of 3 windmills were transported under police escort from Montoir de Bretagne to Balazé. The blades had a length of 40 meters and the total length of the transport was 44 meters.

This heavy crane of 59 tonnes was transported from Zeebrugge tot Southern Italy. Because of its weight and measurements (11,80 x 3,80 x 3,90 m) the crane was transported on a 3 bed 5 low-loader. The escort of the transport was performed by Bolk.

The measures of the load where 16,50 x 5.00 x 4. 00 meters with a weight of 40 tonnes. The space equipment container was loaded in Noordwijk and then transported to Bremen. In The Netherlands 2 Escort Pilots accompanied the transport while in Germany 1 BF-3 Vehicle was present. The permits for the Netherlands and Germany where there.
