Open Transport
We are totally comfortable handling loads that are just that bit too long, too wide, too tall or too heavy to transport using regular vehicles. We can transport abnormal loads all over Europe with our fleet of more than one hundred special-purpose trailers. We have wide experience in transporting earthmoving equipment, machinery, systems, escalators, materials, wind turbine components, etc. up to lengths of 45 m and weights of 150 tons throughout the whole of Europe. We also arrange the exemptions and escort vehicles required for such transportation.
We are extremely familiar with routes throughout Europe and know how to get abnormal loads to their destination on time. One of our particular specialties is open transportation to Italy where Bolk Transport organizes over forty routes a week. We are also experts in arranging Southern European permits and escort vehicles.
Large-scale transportation projects involving large numbers of special-purpose trailers present absolutely no problem for our large fleet of vehicles.
